We offer a gallery space that showcases local artists with a focus on community engagement.

The gallery space prioritizes exhibiting artwork created by artists who live in the Brisbane area.

Our motivation for this gallery is to promote local art and artists.

A note to local artists:

We are proud to provide a retail space to display your work and offer the opportunity to sell.

Frame Warehouse charges low commission fees (25%) and no hanging charges.

All artists, regardless of skill level, are welcome; however, not all Frames are suitable for all artists.

• Works can be submitted unframed in an artist mount (Artist mount = with a matboard, foam core backing and wrapped in cellophane)
• Professionally framed, with clean mats and glass, and no scratches.  (No budget K-mart/ Ikea Frames will be accepted; however, other Custom Framers’ work will be).

Our customers expect quality in this area – thank you for your understanding.

By displaying your items at Frame Warehouse, you grant us permission to photograph and promote them in any manner we deem suitable.  This could mean flyers, websites, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.  We strongly encourage you to support this initiative for your own benefit – and also for the benefit of other artists in your community.  Assistance you can provide;

• Sharing, commenting and liking social media posts – this increases our reach for you and for other local artists hanging in our gallery.
• Discussing it with your friends and family.
• Telling people in the community about it – at the school, hairdressers etc.
• Offering the opportunity and encouraging your artist friends also to give it a go.

We will keep your works on exhibition for 1 month.  After this time, we can request that you collect your work with 4 weeks’ notice at any time.  You may resubmit the works at a later date or submit different works, subject to gallery space.

Transporting your items to and from Frame Warehouse is at your own expense.
