How long do orders generally take?

Our frames take a couple of business days to assemble. Orders generally leave our studio within 3-4 business days. As soon as your order leaves our hands we will send tracking information.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Where do you ship?

Currently Frame Warehouse ships Australia wide.

Can I click & collect?

• Place and pay for your order online or via phone, and choose where and when you’d like to collect it.
• Your order will be prepared.
• You will receive notification that your order is ready to collect, and you can collect during business hours from your location of choice.

There was a problem with my order

My item is damaged

Oh dear! We quality control each item before shipping, but damages can occur in transit. Please send a picture of the broken item to [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement for you.

What is your return policy?

We will offer a refund if the item is returned in perfect saleable condition within 30days.
